The 2026 International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication Security, and Information Science (SPCSIS 2026) will be held in Changsha, China. Aiming to establish a broad and effective communication and cooperation platform for the industry, allowing us to timely understand the industry's development trends, master the latest technologies, broaden our research horizons, promote academic progress, and efficiently apply technological achievements. Attendees can not only listen to exciting reports from renowned experts both domestically and internationally, but also personally participate in face-to-face exchanges and discussions with experts and scholars from around the world. We warmly welcome experts, scholars, and professional technical personnel engaged in related technical research to submit and participate in the conference.

All full paper submissions to the SPCSIS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of SPCSIS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI、CPCI、Google Scholar、CrossRef、ResearchGate、et for indexing.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iangen_da@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention.
