1. The manuscript must be written in English, the paper should be original and never published, the content submitted should be related to the theme, and in-depth and innovative;
2. No plagiarism, prohibit one draft;
3. The paper should not be less than 4 pages, and the conference paper template should be downloaded from the homepage of the conference official website;
4. The article shall be original and not officially published on other platforms or channels. The author can check the article through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system at his own expense, and the official publication of the article shall meet the standards of the publishing house and the repetition rate shall not exceed 20% (including references);
5. After submission, please arrange a representative / author to take the initiative to add Mr.Zeng to facilitate timely communication and follow up the status of the paper;
