1. The conference will only accept all English manuscripts, no less than 4 pages (professional translation services can be provided for Chinese submission);
2. The article should be of academic or practical promotion value, and it has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences;
3. The author can check the manuscript at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. The repetition rate of the paper shall not exceed 20%;
4. The papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and published on the homepage of the conference;
5. Authors who only report but do not publish papers only need to submit abstracts;
6. The paper must be typesetting according to the conference template, template download and submission guidelines: please go to the homepage of the official website of the conference;
7. About 3 working days after the submission, the organizing committee will feedback the review opinion or employment notice.
