1. The paper must be an English manuscript, which can be reviewed, not less than 4 pages;
2. This paper has not been published in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences;
3. The repetition rate of the full text of the paper shall not exceed 30% (including author information and references), and the author can check it at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author shall bear the responsibility for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article;
4. The papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and published on the homepage of the conference;
