1. The conference only accepts English manuscripts, and the papers should have academic or practical value, and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences;
2. The authors of the published paper should submit the full text for peer review; the authors who only make the report and do not publish the paper only need to submit the title and abstract of the article;
3. The author can check the rejection at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published (the check rate is less than 20%).
4. Please submit the paper according to the paper template. There is no limit on the characters of the article, not less than 4 pages;
5. The author who has completed the registration payment due to personal subjective reasons, will charge 30% handling fee from now on.

Crosscheck Powered by iThenticate will be used for plagiarism check. The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected. Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
