2. The author can check the weight at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, and the weight is less than 20%, otherwise the author is responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article, and the paper suspected of plagiarism will not be published;
3. The paper should be typesetting according to the official website template and no less than 4 pages. Download the conference paper template, please go to the homepage of the official website;
4. Email address must be added to the article: rejected articles violating common sense, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Xinjiang, interpretation of national policies, comparison between China and abroad, comparison of Chinese and modern systems, Chinese history, hot but negative news, religious beliefs and content of COVID-19;
