1. The conference only accepts English manuscripts, and the papers should have academic or practical value, and have not been published in domestic and foreign academic journals or conferences, and the authors of the published paper should submit the full text for review;
2. Authors who only report and do not publish papers only need to submit the title and abstract;
3. The author can check the manuscript at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. Articles suspected of plagiarism will not be published (the check rate is less than 20%);

5. There is no limit on chapter characters, not less than 4 pages;
