1. The accepted papers should be registered on time, and will not be published after the registration;
2. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be written in English;
3. The paper shall be typesetting according to the conference paper template, no less than 4 pages;
4. If the paper is accepted and registered and needs to apply for withdrawal due to personal reasons, 30% of the handling fee will be deducted;
5. The paper should be of academic or practical value, and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The author can check at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published;
6. The organizing committee will strictly review the draft and prohibit multiple submission of one draft.

The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected.
