1. The conference only accepts English science and engineering manuscripts, and the number of papers should not be less than 4 pages (Chinese submission can provide professional translation services);
2. The paper submitted has not been published in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences;
3. Ensure the originality of the article, and the paper suspected of plagiarism will not be published and published on the home page of the conference;
4. Before submission, the author can check the rejection through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system at his own expense, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. The repetition rate of the paper shall not exceed 20%;
5. Revising the paper is not allowed after the meeting. Please check the content carefully when submitting the final draft;
