1. All English manuscripts are only accepted at the conference. The conference provides translation services;
2. The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences;
3. The authors of the published paper should submit the full text for peer review, and the authors who only report but not publish the paper only need to submit the abstract;
4. The author can check at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published;
5. The paper should be arranged according to the template of the official website of the conference.

Crosscheck Powered by iThenticate will be used for plagiarism check. The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected. Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
