2. Only English manuscripts will be accepted. If you need translation services, please contact the conference teacher.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad. Authors can check the plagiarism at their own expense through CrossCheck, ithenticate or other plagiarism checking systems, less than 20%, otherwise the rejected manuscript caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the responsibility of the author, and the paper suspected of plagiarism will not be published.
4. Publication process: submission - acceptance - payment - registration - invoicing - publication - paper proceedings - retrieval.
5. After submission, please arrange for an author to take the initiative to add the contact information of the conference teacher, so as to facilitate timely communication and follow-up of the status of the paper.
