Submission Requirements | 投稿须知
1, the conference will be submitted by email submission, submission email: iac_committee@126.com [submission / questions please note: ICBTCE paper + the name of the corresponding author + Teacher Tang recommended, easy to identify the bearer];
2. The paper shall be typesetting according to the unified template of the conference;
3. The paper must be written in English;
4. The paper should have academic or practical value and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The authors of the published papers need to submit the full text for peer review; the authors who only make the report and do not publish the papers only need to register to attend the meeting and submit the abstract for review;
5. If the Chinese manuscript is delivered, the organizing committee will review and arrange the translation, and consult the meeting teacher for specific matters.
6. Review process: This meeting will be conducted by submitting articles first and sending experts first for review, and within three working days after the review cycle is submitted for submission;
7. The author can check the weight at his own expense through iThenticate or other query system, otherwise the author will be solely responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published;
* * Note: For employed and registered papers, if you need to apply for withdrawal, a 30% handling fee will be deducted.

About Plagiarism Check
Crosscheck Powered by iThenticate will be used for plagiarism check. The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected. Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
