Only English manuscripts are accepted in the conference, and the papers should be of academic or practical value, and they have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The authors of published papers need to submit the full text for peer review, and the authors who only report and do not publish papers only need to submit the title and abstract;
2. Please submit the paper according to the paper template. There is no limit on the characters of the article, not less than 4 pages;
3. The authors who have completed the registration and payment will withdraw the draft due to personal subjective reasons, and will charge a 30% handling fee from now on;
4. The organizing committee will strictly review the draft and prohibit the submission of one draft.

The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected.
