1. The paper must be in English, providing translation and polishing services, no less than 4 pages.
2. This paper has not been published in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences, and it is in line with the theme of the conference.
3. The repetition rate of the full text of the paper shall not exceed 30% (including author information and references), and the author can check at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article.
4. Articles suspected of plagiarism will not be published and published on the home page of the conference.
5. The authors of the published paper need to submit the full text for peer review, only the report does not publish the paper, only need to submit the abstract. Authauthors are not mandatory to attend.
