1. Only English manuscripts are accepted in the conference, and the papers should be of academic or practical value, and they have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The authors of the published papers are required to submit the full text for peer review.
2. The author can check the manuscript at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published (check rate less than 30%).
3. Please submit the paper according to the paper template. There is no limit on the characters of the article, not less than 4 pages (please submit the Word version).
4. The accepted papers should be registered on time, and will not be published after time.
5. The registration fee for each article includes a paper version of the conference proceedings, with additional payment for purchasing the conference proceedings.

The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected.
